Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage
  • Returned with original packaging if possible

Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Because many of our products are made-to-order or limited drops, the following items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Limited edition drops
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging if applicable

Once reviewed, we’ll offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the mistake was ours

Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect size due to production error
  • Wrong item received

If you need help with sizing before ordering, feel free to contact us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • There was a production issue

We recommend using a trackable shipping service since we are not responsible for lost return packages.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After production begins, orders can no longer be canceled.
