Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 2 to 7 business days before shipment.

Some products are made-to-order or part of limited collections, which may slightly increase processing times during high-demand periods.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2 to 5 business days

International Orders

  • Standard International Shipping: 7 to 21 business days
  • Express International Shipping: 4 to 10 business days

Please note that delays caused by customs, weather, carriers, or holidays are outside our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Shipping method selected

Order Tracking

Lost or Stolen Packages

Tokimeku Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is missing, we recommend:
